Brown beef in pan with oil then set aside add salt.
Sautee onions (garlic optional)
Add in Italian seasoning
Add in beef stock and beef
Add in tomatoes or tomato paste
Add almond flour if thicker stew is desired.
Add olive oil and mix
Bring to a boil then either simmer in pan or crockpot until beef is tender and stew is thick. I usually do around 3-4 hours in crockpot, may be less in pan (1 hour). Taste for salt. Let cool to warm before serving.
